Terms & Conditions
- Booking: All bookings for Prasanna Param residences are subject to availability and confirmation by Prasanna Infracon. Booking amounts and payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Price and Payment: The prices of the residences are subject to change without prior notice. All payments shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule provided by Prasanna Infracon. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Possession: The possession date of the residences shall be as communicated by Prasanna Infracon. Delays in possession due to reasons beyond the control of the developer shall not be considered a breach of contract.
- Amenities and Facilities: The amenities and facilities mentioned are subject to change or modification at the discretion of Prasanna Infracon. Any additions, alterations, or removals shall be communicated to the buyers in advance.
- Legal Compliance: Prasanna Infracon assures compliance with all legal requirements and regulations applicable to the development of Prasanna Param. Buyers are responsible for verifying all legal documents and approvals before making any payments.
- Maintenance Charges: Maintenance charges for common facilities and amenities shall be applicable as per the terms and conditions laid down by the residents' association or as communicated by Prasanna Infracon.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the purchase of Prasanna Param residences shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
- Force Majeure: Prasanna Infracon shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance arising out of acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, or government regulations.
By booking a residence at Prasanna Param, the buyer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Prasanna Infracon reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
